You'll serve as a strategic clinical partner, mentor, coach, and change agent across our skilled nursing portfolio throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut.

What You'll Do

Lead Clinical Excellence

  • Drive quality outcomes and Five-Star performance
  • Support survey readiness and regulatory compliance
  • Analyze clinical data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Lead performance improvement initiatives across multiple sites

Develop Nursing Leaders

  • Mentor Directors of Nursing and nursing leadership teams
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of clinical leaders
  • Provide guidance during challenging surveys, investigations, and operational transitions

Transform Outcomes

  • Improve clinical quality measures
  • Reduce risk and improve resident outcomes
  • Partner with operations leaders to achieve exceptional results
  • Lead clinical turnarounds and performance improvement efforts

Influence at the Executive Level

  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives
  • Participate in clinical budgeting and workforce planning
  • Support organizational growth and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

Current RN License

Licensed in MA and CT (or eligible)

Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience

At least 3 years as a successful Director of Nursing

Multi-site or regional clinical leadership experience preferred

Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, CASPER, PCC, and quality measures

Proven ability to coach, influence, and lead through change
