Tasks

The selected applicant will support the commercial team with sales steering, marketing & controlling related tasks as follow, but not limited to:

• Gather and evaluate statistical data and prepare reports and presentations on sales, pricing, products, network and competition
• Support the budget planning process for revenue and cost
• Monitor budget deviations and develop corrective action in close cooperation with the management
• Apply planning and analytical skills to support business and process improvement projects
• Support in special projects
• Be involved in classic marketing fields such as customer segmentation, trend-, market- and competitor analysis
• Takeover of additional tasks when required

Requirements

Are you ready to Take-off with us? Know more about the requirements below:

• Studying a Bachelor's degree in Business administration, management or similar with a focus on Marketing/Finance
• Completed other relevant internships
• Excellent English & presentation skills
• Ability to gather facts & figures and write concise briefing papers
• Ability to work on multiple assignments
• Advanced in the use of all standard office software especially in MS Excel (Access desirable)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Affinity to figures
• Experience with statistical analysis
• Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
• You are a citizen of the EU or have a German work permit for at least 130 full working days
• You are enrolled in a university for the entire period of the internship/in your gap year between Bachelor & Master
• CV/Resume and Cover Letter required
• Company will not provide relocation assistance
