Compensation: $85,000 - $140,000 per year + bonus + commission
Company Overview: Established in 1911, our client is one of the largest full-service tire and auto repair providers in the Western United States. Services include commercial tire sales, retreading, mobile commercial service, and 24/7 roadside assistance across multiple locations.
Position Overview: The Regional Commercial Tire Sales Manager leads all commercial tire sales operations within an assigned region. This role provides leadership to outside sales representatives and key account managers while driving revenue growth, customer retention, and regional profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and mentor sales teams across multiple locations
- Conduct ride-alongs, coaching, and performance reviews
- Set measurable sales goals and hold the team accountable
- Manage key fleet accounts and relationships
- Drive pricing strategy and retention initiatives
- Identify and execute territory growth opportunities
- Partner with branch managers and service teams
- Analyze sales reports, trends, and competitor activity
- Prepare forecasts and performance reports; ensure CRM accuracy and quoting compliance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years commercial tire sales experience
- 2+ years leadership or regional management experience
- Strong B2B sales and key account management experience
- Knowledge of fleet programs and retreading
- CRM proficiency
- Valid driver's license
