A full-service tire and auto repair provider is seeking a Regional Commercial Tire Sales Manager to lead all commercial tire sales operations within an assigned region. This role provides leadership to outside sales representatives and key account managers while driving revenue growth, customer retention, and regional profitability.
Key Responsibilities – Sales Leadership & Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor sales teams across multiple locations. Conduct ride-alongs, coaching, and performance reviews. Set measurable sales goals and hold team accountable.
Regional Account Management: Manage key fleet accounts and relationships. Drive pricing strategy and retention initiatives. Identify and execute territory growth opportunities.
Operational Coordination: Partner with branch managers and service teams. Analyze sales reports, trends, and competitor activity.
Administration & Compliance: Prepare forecasts and performance reports. Ensure CRM accuracy and quoting compliance.
Required Qualifications: 5+ years commercial tire sales experience. 2+ years leadership or regional management experience. Strong B2B sales and key account management experience. Knowledge of fleet programs and retreading. CRM proficiency. Valid driver's license. Authorized to work in the United States.
