Lead and develop a team of four, providing mentorship and day-to-day leadership

Key Responsibilities for the Regional Controller

Oversee monthly and year-end financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements
Manage job costing and WIP reporting, providing insight into project profitability and performance
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four accounting professionals
Evaluate and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting procedures
Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automate processes, and implement new accounting systems
Partner with project and operational leaders to analyze financial results and support business decisions

Qualifications for the Regional Controller

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
Progressive accounting leadership experience within the construction industry
Strong experience with financial statements, job costing, and WIP reporting
Technology-savvy with experience improving processes and implementing or enhancing accounting systems
Public accounting experience and/or CPA designation is a plus
