The Regional Coordinator serves as the primary operational liaison between Mack Trucks, our dealer network, and internal business partners to ensure accurate order execution, timely production scheduling, and exceptional customer delivery performance. This position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction by proactively managing order exceptions, communicating production updates, and driving continuous process improvement across the order-to-delivery lifecycle. /pp /ppCore Responsibilities: /ppCustomer amp; Dealer Supportbr• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealers and regional sales teams. br• Deliver timely updates regarding production schedules, factory changes, quality holds, and order status. br• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism. /pp /ppOrder Managementbr• Monitor vehicle orders from placement through delivery. br• Resolve order discrepancies and system exceptions. br• Coordinate Return-to-Stock, Dealer Transfers, Reversals, Available Vehicles, and other order adjustments. br• Ensure billing accuracy to support timely invoicing and customer payments. /pp /ppProcess Managementbr• Administer internal processes supporting regulatory compliance. br• Monitor workflow queues and shared mailboxes to ensure service level expectations are met. br• Identify opportunities to improve order management processes and customer experience./p/div/divdiv style=padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparentdiv style=font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-wordH2 style=font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0pxbWho are you?/b/H2/divdivpDo you dream big? For this position, the base pay is set at $63,100.00 - $77,900.00 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible.  The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience.
