About the Role:

The Regional Credit Production Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting the Commercial Lending team through centralized underwriting, portfolio management, and complex credit functions. This position works closely with regional credit analysts and commercial lenders to prepare loan packages for the Loan Committee and to actively manage credit relationships across the portfolio.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for regional credit production, ensuring adherence to credit policy, regulatory requirements, and risk standards
  • Coach, mentor, and develop credit team members, promoting accountability, collaboration, and professional growth
  • Partner with commercial lenders and credit analysts to underwrite complex credit relationships and prepare comprehensive loan presentations for Loan Committee
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on credit policy and the nCino commercial lending platform, providing guidance, training, and support to lending and credit teams to ensure consistent, compliant execution
  • Identify emerging credit risk trends and recommend proactive strategies to mitigate potential portfolio risk
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management, through clear written analysis and effective verbal presentations

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and key performance metrics to generate insights and provide strategic business recommendations
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with strong interpersonal communication abilities

Education, Experience & Licenses

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in commercial credit analysis or commercial underwriting
  • nCino Commercial Loan Origination System experience preferred

Work Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week): Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch break.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation/inspection of machines and/or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position.
