Compensation: Starting at $75K + Quarterly Bonuses (Bonus potential is up to $20k p/year)

This role is focused on building and maintaining strong customer relationships through in-person engagement and driving revenue growth across a defined territory. Your Mission as a Customer Relationship Manager

As our boots-on-the-ground brand ambassador, you'll build lasting relationships with dealers, drive sales growth, and bring the Davidson's experience to life across the Southern Texas region. You'll be the face of our brand-energizing, educating, and empowering our customers every step of the way.

What You'll Do

  • Champion the Davidson's brand and product lines to current and prospective customers
  • Promote our exclusive GuaranteeD Program and GalleryofGuns.com
  • Collaborate with our sales leadership to meet and exceed territory goals
  • Develop deep knowledge of your dealer base and identify new growth opportunities
  • Travel extensively throughout the region. Plan on an average of 3 to 4 nights per week on the road.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • A passion for shooting, hunting, and the outdoors
  • Experience in outside sales
  • Residency within the Austin-metro area
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Applicants must be over age 21 and able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing
