Join our team in West Central Oklahoma by providing customer support across multiple office locations such as, Watonga, Okeene, Thomas, & Weatherford areas.
We're looking for a customer-obsessed professional with a technical aptitude and a consultative sales approach to guide residential and business customers from the first conversation to ongoing success.
What You'll Do
- From face-to-face and phone interactions, own the customer experience end-to-end-from account and billing questions to recommending right-fit solutions.
- Assist customers with basic technical concerns and troubleshoot confidently.
- Listen deeply, follow through proactively, and close with integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure every interaction is positive and memorable.

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three months of related experience and/or training with a focus in technology preferred.
- Must maintain a good driving record and a valid driver license.
