
Position Title: Regional Development Manager, Dallas/Austin
Reports to: Head of Marketing and Fundraising
Position: Full-Time, Exempt
Location: Remote; candidates based in the Central or Pacific Time Zones are preferred. Candidates must be willing to travel regularly throughout Texas for donor meetings, events, and chapter activities and be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship requirements. Relocation is an option.
Travel: Regular travel throughout Texas, including evenings and weekends as needed for donor meetings, events, chapter activities, and other in-person engagements.
Salary: $70,000 - 80,000 with comprehensive benefits and generous PTO

The Role
Pratham USA is seeking a relationship-driven Regional Development Manager to lead fundraising and donor engagement efforts across Texas. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Fundraising, this role will grow philanthropic support through donor cultivation, volunteer engagement, chapter partnerships, and community outreach. Candidates based in the Central or Pacific Time Zones who are excited to travel regularly throughout Texas are encouraged to apply.
The Regional Development Manager will manage a portfolio of mid-level and major donors, develop personalized engagement strategies, and partner closely with chapter leaders, board members, and volunteers to strengthen fundraising efforts across the region. This individual will play a key role in donor stewardship, event execution, and pipeline development while serving as an ambassador for Pratham's mission.
