Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Regional Director of Cardiac Cath Lab you will be responsible for the efficient and safe operating of the Cardiac  Rehabilitation Department. You will be responsible for planning, administering, and evaluating the clinical and administrative operations of the unit,  covering Mountain View Hospital, Timpanogos Regional Hospital,  and Lone Peak Hospital

We are looking for someone who has a passion for creating an environment focused on providing excellent care to patients and their families. In this Director role: 

 

  • You are responsible for the supervision of performance improvement within the departments. 

  • You must be able to communicate effectively and execute actions which assure quality patient care. 

  • You must practice and role model team work skills in working with all members of the healthcare team.

  • You will work with other departments in the Cardiopulmonary Center to collaborate and coordinate patient care activities which promote quality improvement and growth of services. 

  • You will have the ability to create and maintain an environment that results in above average satisfaction ratings from employees, patients, and physicians. 


What qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • (ARRT-R) Radiography, or (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or (RN) Registered Nurse
  • Previous management experience required/Director experience preferred. 
  • Evidence of leadership skill, successful interpersonal relations. 
  • Current American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and certification. 
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Life Support Course (ALS or ACLS) and Certification preferred. Must obtain ALS or ACLS within90 days of hire and maintain certification.
