Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Regional Director, Education, Professional Development & Quality Improvement - Home Health & Hospice.
In this role, the successful candidate responsible to lead and guide multidisciplinary professional staff and leadership in the development of evidence-based practice and ensure clinical competency through oversight of education and training. Responsible to coordinate, evaluate, and revise the quality performance improvement program inclusive of but not limited to the infection control program. Works with Agency leadership to maintain compliance with NYS Department of Health, Federal Conditions of Participation and The Joint Commission regulations. Ensure compliance with Human resources and employee Health department's regulatory requirements, corporate compliance, OASIS accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Master Degree Nursing. Current and valid NYS Registered Professional Nurse. 3 - 5 years Supervisor responsible for clinical direction and supervision of patient care services. Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal, leadership skills. Knowledge of Department of Health regulations, Federal Conditions of Participation & The Joint Commission Standards. Excellent computer skills. Knowledge of data collection and analysis. Meticulous attention to detail..
Required Licenses: Registered Nurse License-NYS
Preferred Qualifications:
Doctoral degree in Nursing, Public Health or another Health related field. 1 - 2 years Home care experience in quality management/performance improvement.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $167,960.00 - $208,178.88 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
