Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Director to oversee operations, drive business growth, and lead multiple business units within a designated region. This role requires a leader who embodies our core values-prioritizing safety, taking ownership, continuously improving, and leading with strong character.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations across multiple customers and service lines within an assigned region.
- Champion a Safety-First culture and ensure compliance with all OSHA and company standards
- Take full ownership of operational performance, staffing, and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and develop field personnel including supervisors, technicians, and drivers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, quality, and profitability
- Maintain and grow client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
- Manage P&L performance, budgets, and cost controls for the area
- Partner with recruiting and HR to ensure staffing levels meet operational demands
- Monitor key performance metrics (fill ratio, utilization, turnover) and implement improvements
- Lead with integrity and professionalism-demonstrating that character makes the difference
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in industrial services, construction, environmental services, or related field
- 2+ years of leadership or multi-site management experience
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best operational practices
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage budgets
- Experience with CDL workforce, field crews, or skilled labor environments preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated alignment with our core values: safety, ownership, continuous improvement, and character
- Ability to travel within assigned region as needed
