The Regional Director (RD) is responsible for driving the growth, productivity, and profitability of Keller Williams Market Centers within their region. This role focuses on developing and supporting Team Leaders, recruiting top talent, and ensuring that KW's culture and systems are fully adopted and executed. The RD plays a critical role in shaping the success of Team Leaders, associates, and Market Center operations while promoting KW's unique value proposition in the real estate industry.
The RD ensures the region has a powerful training calendar that provides value to the entire region, including top agents and leaders.
The RD also leads a powerful Top 100 Mega Agent Community that exists or will be created immediately, providing support, value, and tools to help retain top agents and recruit new high-performing talent.

- Leads the regional team, ideally utilizing GPS and 4-1-1s for both personal and business goals. This one-on-one will be weekly to ensure each team member stays in their 20% zone of the most important tasks to excel in their roles.
- Assists the region in recruiting at least 1 Indie per month (includes lead generating, meetings, closing, and TL assistance)
- Performs 15 recruiting appointments per month (includes lead generating, meetings, closing, and TL assistance)
- Manages the Regional Recruiting Pipeline and associated drips
- Leads, supports, sets expectations, and holds regular accountability sessions with Market Center teams
- Ensures execution of disruptive training calendar for associates based on key business areas and associate needs
- Leads and/or partners with MC teams to increase associate productivity through business consulting
- Effectively communicates and drives adoption of Keller Williams' value proposition as it relates to associates' businesses, goals, and needs
- Researches competition and develops business prospecting and marketing strategies in partnership with OPs
- Ensures Market Center profitability by maintaining tight fiscal control over operating expenses
- Actively drives, protects, and represents Keller Williams Culture
- Leads sales and business meetings
- Leads the weekly leadership Zoom in the region; the RD determines if separate OP-only meetings are needed. Attendance is mandatory. Times will vary by region.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree. Four (4) years of relevant education and work experience may be substituted for degree
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive experience in real residential estate management, including a minimum of five (5) years in a management role leading direct reports
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing real estate teams that produce measurable outcomes
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in residential real estate sales
- Experience with virtual collaboration software such as GoToWebinar, Skype or Google Hangouts
- Superior writing, organizational and business communication skills
- Experience with one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation
- Keller Williams culture, models, systems and tools knowledge
- Completion of the Keller Williams Leverage series training course
- Ability to build partnerships with internal and external resources
- If required, flexibility to work non-standard hours to accommodate different time zones
- Willingness to travel as needed

- Ideally a high-level Operating Principal or Team Leader with outstanding results
