The Regional Director is the cornerstone of CMC's on-the-ground success, accountable for provider and assistant performance, facility satisfaction, visit execution, and service retention. This leader manages relationships with PACE centers and drives operational excellence with our field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with facility leadership (quarterly visits required)
• Oversee provider and assistant success and retention
• Manage scheduling, dispatch, and emergency coverage
• Coordinate with Shared Services and Recruiting
• Own customer follow-up, visit execution, and local compliance
• Own P&L and cost control initiatives for the region

• Field team execution

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in multi-site operations or healthcare services
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Data-driven mindset; experience with dashboard KPIs
• Mobile care, logistics, and/or PACE background a strong plus
