Having recently surpassed 100 employees, the organization is executing an aggressive acquisition strategy and expanding its footprint throughout the Northeast. They're looking for a Regional Director to partner closely with the COO, driving operational excellence across multiple branch locations while helping integrate newly acquired businesses into one high-performing organization.

Job Details

The Role
Provide operational leadership across multiple branch locations throughout New England.
Coach and develop Branch Managers and Service Managers while driving accountability around operational and financial performance.
Improve service operations, dispatch, routing, inventory management, billing, and overall branch efficiency.
Lead the operational integration of newly acquired businesses, helping standardize processes, systems, and reporting.
Monitor branch performance through KPIs, financial metrics, and service performance while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
Serve as the primary operational liaison between the field and executive leadership.

What You Bring — Must-Haves
7+ years of operations leadership within commercial doors, dock equipment, access control, overhead doors, or a closely related field service environment.
Multi-site leadership experience with responsibility for operational performance and P&L.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build credibility with both technicians and senior leadership.
Experience improving service operations, dispatch, scheduling, and field execution.
Willingness to travel approximately 75% throughout the New England region.
Experience with ERP or Field Service Management systems such as NetSuite, ServiceTitan, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating acquisitions or leading operational change across multiple locations.
Background with organizations such as Miner, DuraServ, DH Pace, Vortex, or similar commercial service organizations.
OSHA or formal safety leadership experience.
Lean, Continuous Improvement, or process optimization experience.
