Regional Director of Finance - Hybrid

LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a large stable healthcare organization seeking a Regional Director of Finance. This newly created position has been added due to growth and will serve as a key finance partner supporting multiple sites.

• Ad Hoc Strategic Projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required

• 6+ years of progressive finance/FP&A experience required, ideally in a healthcare organization

• Master's degree, CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred

• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills

• Experience partnering with executive leadership

• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational initiatives
