Our Mission

At Better Living, we believe senior living should feel like home — warm, dignified, and deeply human. Our leaders don’t manage from a distance. They show up, walk the building, know their teams, and elevate every moment for residents and families.

The Regional Director of Operations is the steward of this mission across multiple communities. You lead with presence, accountability, and heart — ensuring each building operates with excellence, consistency, and a culture that feels unmistakably Better Living.

Position Summary

The Regional Director of Operations oversees the operational, cultural, financial, and regulatory performance of multiple Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. This role supports Executive Directors, partners closely with clinical leadership, and ensures each building delivers exceptional resident experiences, strong team culture, and consistent operational results.

You are a coach, a strategist, a culture‑carrier, and a problem‑solver. You help leaders grow, remove barriers, and ensure every community is organized, compliant, and thriving.

  • Support survey readiness and guide communities through state inspections
  • Review incident trends, care outcomes, and risk management practices
