Regional Director of Product Support

The Regional Director of Product Support provides coaching and support in the areas of management, leadership sales and recruiting operations. The Regional Director of Product Support also provides assistance with strategic career development amongst branch managers, along with building and maintaining positive relationships with regional and area teams for our Northern California and FMS offices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Acts as a liaison
• Assists region in expanding, retaining and driving regional goals and strategies
• Develops and maintains a division's identity and culture through strong inclusive leadership
• Works closely with regional, area and operational leadership to develop and accomplish goals and strategic market plans for the division
• Develops and drives an account strategy and quarterly plan of action for key target clients
• Develops and executes specific activities designed to achieve the company annual growth projections
• Builds effective relationships with operations and the field to ensure successful delivery of services
• Builds effective relationships at multiple levels of the client organization to leverage the sales strategy and expand the relationship
• Works to retain strategic customers
• Works to maintain current internal headcount and assists struggling markets with identifying national talent
• Builds and executes division specific marketing and branding strategies and works with marketing to ensure proper proposal development, collateral and internal communications capabilities and support
• Performs other duties as assigned/necessary

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Five years Staffing Industry experience required
• Management experience required
• Strong understanding of delivery techniques
• Ability to communicate effectively through various means such as facilitating presentations , hosting conference calls, assisting in creating written communication for both regional and national level, etc
• Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language may be required
• Computer proficiency required

Compensation:

$90,000 - $125,000 with a $50,000 annual bonus potential
