Regional Director of Sales

Seeking a Regional Director of Sales to accelerate profitable organic growth across numerous operating companies.

You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer, and will partner with Presidents, General Managers, Sales Leaders, and Operations teams to strengthen commercial performance, sales capability, forecasting discipline, and recurring service revenue.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on influence, coaching, and commercial excellence, not direct local P&L ownership.

Responsibilities include:

• Drive growth in owner-direct, service, maintenance, and strategic-account revenue
• Improve pipeline management, forecasting, CRM adoption, and sales execution
• Coach senior leaders and sales teams on deal strategy and talent development
• Expand cross-selling and multi-company pursuits across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, fire protection, security, and low-voltage services
• Build a consistent commercial operating rhythm while preserving local autonomy

Requirements include:

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience
• Success leading regional or multi-location sales organizations
• A track record of growing service-based businesses
• Strong CRM, forecasting, strategic-account, and sales-management expertise
• The executive presence to influence leaders and drive change collaboratively

Experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical services, electrical contracting, building automation, facilities services, or a PE-backed environment is preferred.
