As a Regional Director level 1, you will serve as a business consultant to franchisees, providing guidance on developing and growing their businesses. Drive return count and market share by persuading franchisees to advance Jackson Hewitt programs and products in a profitable manner. Provide technical assistance and serve as a business liaison between franchisees and corporate.
 
What you will do here:
  • Provides leadership and direction for his/her region and ensures that local operation is executed.
  • Fosters increased return count, product count and number of stores by encouraging franchisees to expand and develop existing territories.
  • Facilitates regional calls, workshops, office manager training and other training sessions.
  • Develops rapport and effective business relationships with franchisees. Conducts office visits and fields phone calls.
  • Provides suggestions, guidance, and instruction on executing new programs, marketing and retaining customers.
  • Discerns changing business conditions and takes appropriate pro-active measures to help franchisees.
  • Serves as a liaison between franchisees and corporate. Responsible for effectively communicating new initiatives to the field.
  • Enforces company polices and standards.
  • You will perform the above duties with the direct assistance of the VP of Performance and/or a Senior Regional Director.
Skills you will bring for success:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent in education and experience.
  • At least 4 years of business experience, with at least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
  • Solid business acumen is needed, along with strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Strong understanding of the industry and the Franchise.
  • Must possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be innovative and make substantial individual judgments and recommendations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a rapidly changing work environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel.

Compensation: $104,000.00 - $112,000.00 per year
