We are currently seeking a Regional Executive Director to provide leadership and operational oversight for three senior living communities in Dane County, Wisconsin, located in Verona and DeForest. This position is ideal for an experienced senior living leader who thrives on developing teams, driving operational excellence, and creating exceptional experiences for residents and employees across multiple communities.

Position Overview:

The Regional Executive Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, financial stewardship, and performance management for multiple senior living communities. This role partners closely with onsite Community Directors and department leaders to ensure operational consistency, regulatory compliance, occupancy growth, financial success, and exceptional resident satisfaction. The Regional Executive Director serves as a coach, mentor, and trusted advisor, helping community leaders achieve organizational goals while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Provide leadership and operational oversight for three senior living communities, ensuring alignment with Park Vista's mission, values, and operational standards.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Community Directors and leadership teams to maximize performance, engagement, and professional growth.
  • Partner with Community Directors to develop and execute strategic business plans that drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance.
  • Monitor community operations to ensure consistency in quality, service delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Review financial statements, operating budgets, labor management, and departmental performance to ensure fiscal responsibility and achievement of organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Community Directors to assess staffing levels, workforce planning, and succession development while maintaining budget expectations.
  • Partner with Human Resources on leadership development, employee relations, performance management, coaching, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support recruiting efforts for Community Directors and key leadership positions while assisting with onboarding and leadership transitions.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales & Marketing Director as well as onsite Sales Managers to support occupancy growth, lead conversion, and achievement of census goals.
  • Analyze operational metrics, quality indicators, resident satisfaction, and financial performance to identify trends and implement improvement strategies.
  • Conduct routine community visits to provide leadership support, evaluate operational performance, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Lead communities through regulatory surveys, complaint investigations, and corrective action initiatives while promoting continuous survey readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing senior living operations.
  • Monitor physical building standards, capital improvement needs, and community safety initiatives.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives while promoting collaboration, communication, and accountability across communities.
  • Participate in executive leadership meetings and collaborate with Corporate Leadership on strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and operational improvements.
  • Provide leadership support during emergencies and assist communities with crisis management and operational continuity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of Park Vista Senior Housing Management.

Key Competencies We Are Looking For:

  • Proven multi-site leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or healthcare operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing Community Directors and leadership teams.
  • Strong operational and financial management skills, including budgeting, labor management, and performance analysis.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of senior living regulations, survey readiness, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance organizational priorities while supporting the unique needs of individual communities.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and lead through change while fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional resident experiences and operational excellence.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between communities throughout Dane County.

Compensation Package:

Base Wage: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications.
