Schedule: Full‑time, exempt role with 24/7 on‑call responsibilities

Job Summary

The Regional Facilities/ Maintenance Manager provides operational, technical, and regulatory support to the Vice President and Director of Plant Operations while overseeing maintenance, life safety, emergency preparedness, vendor management, and facility operations across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). This role ensures all buildings, grounds, systems, and equipment are maintained in a safe, efficient, compliant, and resident‑centered manner.

The Regional Facilities/ Maintenance Manager serves as a key resource to facility leadership and Maintenance Directors by providing guidance, technical expertise, project oversight, and operational support to promote regulatory compliance, minimize disruptions, and protect organizational assets. Responsibilities include oversight of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems, carpentry, general building maintenance, construction projects, preventive maintenance programs, and life safety compliance.

This position requires strong knowledge of NFPA, CMS, OSHA, and state licensure regulations, along with the ability to foster a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service.
