Primary Purpose
The Regional Fence Manager is responsible for leading fence operations across an assigned region, driving execution of national strategy, optimizing performance, and developing talent. This role provides direct leadership to branch-embedded fence teams and serves as the operational link between field execution and national direction.
With accountability for safety, OTIF (on time and in full) performance, inventory management, and asset efficiency, this role ensures high-quality, cost-effective service delivery that aligns with United Site Services' standards and customer expectations.

Salary Range
$105,600.00 - $158,400.00 / year

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
