Job Duties:

• Hire and train Field Supervisors
• Teach Field Supervisors how to leverage the signed subcontractor agreement with the contractors in a fashion that drives performance, without upsetting the contractor
• Assist with training of sub-contractors in technology and APP usage
• Conduct site visits and inspections
• Develop rapport with location managers by imposing the Case brand
• Qualify service partners for their true resources and capabilities
• Identify when a site has unique needs that may require various equipment allocations from SP
• Manage sub-contractors within given geography
• Solve any issues and/or non-performance
• Assist in hands on landscape operations
• Provide field guidance when needed
• Identify talent for Field Supervisor candidates and maximize their potential in both management and performance
• Vet and quality subcontractors, including resources and insurance coverage
• Negotiations of pricing
• Interface with small business owners that specialize in construction, hardscaping, landscaping and excavation

Position Requirements

• 3-5 years minimum experience in snow and/or landscaping operations
• Valid driver's license, with clean driving record
