They manage direct teams and work with approved vendors to deliver maintenance within budget and meet KPIs such as response time, repair quality, and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include monitoring team and vendor performance, communicating with premises management, handling small projects, preparing reports, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
They lead and develop technical and non-technical teams, promote competencies, and maintain high standards of service delivery.
Candidates should have relevant trade qualifications, minimum five years of facilities management experience, proven leadership skills, and strong communication abilities.
Preferred candidates have supermarket-related experience.
