Regional Field Marketing Manager

Company: Florida's Fast Growing Window Company selling and installing Top Quality Windows, Doors and Roofing.
Position: Regional Field Marketing Manager - In this role, you will lead, train, and manage a door-to-door canvassing team, oversee daily performance, and develop strategies to generate quality leads and support sales growth.
Qualified Candidate - MUST have door-to-door canvassing management experience in the home improvement or closely related home services industry, with experience building and managing a high-volume-producing department with sales derived from canvassing leads.
Qualifications:
• Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required
• Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
• Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams
• Comfortable working in the field and leading by example
Responsibilities
• Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers
• Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training
• Develop neighborhood mapping and route plans in several regional areas
• Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results
Compensation:
• Earn $100k-$125K (Salary, Commission, Overrides)
