RN Leadership Opportunity – Home & Community-Based Care
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a growing healthcare organization as Regional Field Nurse Supervisors.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with strong home care, field nursing, clinical supervision, and staff education experience who is ready to take on a highly visible leadership role.
The Regional Field Nurse Supervisor provides clinical oversight for home-based nursing services while conducting supervisory field visits, supporting and educating clinical staff, monitoring quality of care, and providing direct nursing support when needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight of nursing services delivered in patients' homes
- Conduct supervisory joint visits with Field Nurses
- Evaluate the quality and appropriateness of patient care in the field
- Provide training, education, and in-service programs to professional clinical staff
- Educate and support paraprofessional field staff
- Serve as a clinical resource for Field Nurses and other members of the care team
- Monitor clinical performance, documentation, and adherence to established standards
- Identify opportunities for quality improvement and staff development
- Support compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in the home when required
- Perform nursing responsibilities within the Diagnostic & Treatment Center (DTC) or Medical Practice as assigned
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams to address patient-care concerns
- Support quality monitoring initiatives for home and community-based clinical services
- Travel throughout the assigned region to conduct field visits and provide clinical oversight
Requirements
- Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Strong clinical nursing background
- Previous home care, community health, field nursing, or related experience strongly preferred
- Previous supervisory, leadership, preceptor, or staff education experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively supervise and mentor clinical staff
- Comfortable working independently in both field and office/clinical settings
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
- Valid New York State driver's license required
- Reliable vehicle required
