REGIONAL FIELD TRAINER

JOB SUMMARY: Regional Field Trainers are responsible for developing and implementing fitting, selling, marketing, operational, financial and structural strategies across their territory. Regional Field Trainers are oversee the learning of development of the sales department. These leaders create, deliver and implement educational content in partnership with their Regional Sales Manager to support the Fitting & Selling team with the tools and resources needed to deliver tour-level fitting experiences for clients. These leaders of the organization are expected to innovate and adapt as they Lead People, Lead Change, and Lead Initiatives in the organization. Each Regional Field Trainer supports anywhere from 20-50 locations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Designs, develops and trains Master Fitters based on the needs of the region.
• Communicates with the team and trainees what is expected and help develop competency.
• Helps get the Master Fitters on track with their skill set in order to perform efficiently in the studio.
• Possess a strong passion and relevant knowledge regarding golf and equipment
• Conducts & oversees innovative tour-level fitting experiences
• Read, interpret, and explain data points in the club fitting process
• Oversee Master Fitters and their relations for their territory & personal clients
• Grow, maintain, and manage a network of business personally and across territory
• Build golf clubs to tightest tolerances in the industry
• Set Expectations, Coach, Develop, and Performance Manage direct reports
• KPI Analysis
• Utilize and manage relational selling methods to grow business metrics
• Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• College degree preferred
• Experience with club fitting and launch monitors required
• 2+ years of sales experience required
• Experience in multi/single-unit leadership capacity required

PHYSICAL ABILITIES

• Ability to stand for extended periods and demonstrate motions as needed
• Ability to work with their hands as needed to build golf clubs
• Ability to meet travel requirements
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time
