About the Role:
Serves as a key finance leader for a large regional footprint, partnering with executive leadership to drive financial strategy, performance, and operational initiatives while leading a team of senior finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting for the region
  • Partner with physicians and operational leadership to review performance and provide strategic financial guidance
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to support decision-making
  • Support capital expenditure planning, project analysis, and investment tracking
  • Analyze financial results including expenses, revenue trends, and receivables
  • Oversee expense approvals, reconciliations, and internal controls
  • Support business development initiatives including acquisitions, expansion, and recruitment modeling
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior finance professionals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support regional growth strategies

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of professional experience with at least 4+ years in leadership
  • Strong background in financial analysis, valuations, controllership, or similar
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior leadership
  • Digital-first mindset with interest in leveraging technology and AI
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Highly Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred
  • Experience in healthcare services (preferred)
  • Background in multi-site environments such as outpatient surgery or specialty care
