What you'll do

• Support monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and business performance reviews across the Henkel Consumer Brand Professional portfolio

• Involvement in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities for all our North America Professional hair brands

• Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes through automation, AI-enabled solutions, and reporting enhancements

• Support cross-functional business projects as needed

What makes you a good fit

• Current university student graduating in 2028 or 2029 with a focus on Finance or similar

• Ability to confidently use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic business environment

• Ability to commute into our Culver City office on a hybrid work schedule

Additional information

• This internship is not eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.

• This internship has a duration of May 24th - mid-December

• Recruitment for our 2027 internships starts in September 2026 and runs through early March 2027 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $27/hour. This is the rate that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
