As a Class A professional moving primarily dry van freight for Clean Harbors, you’ll keep America running while working with a team that treats safety as more than a slogan—it’s lived 3-6-5.

    Compensation, schedule, and route

    • Average annual pay: $90,000–$115,000
    • $7,500 sign-on bonus available
    • Bi-weekly home time
    • Compensation includes hourly pay for all on-duty non-driving time and mileage pay for your runs

    A day in this seat

    You’ll complete a thorough pre-trip, confirm placards, verify weight, and secure freight. From there, it’s smooth miles to Ohio and back—coordinating with dispatch, documenting your trip, and keeping equipment in top shape. Expect professional interactions at shipper/receiver locations and precise handling of both hazardous and non-hazardous materials.

    What you’ll do

    • Operate Class A tractor-trailer equipment and other assigned vehicles
    • Comply with all company and DOT safety procedures—safety first, always
    • Stay within legal weight limits and optimize trailer utilization
    • Load/unload hazardous and non-hazardous waste; secure all cargo properly
    • Placard equipment per company and DOT regulations
    • Maintain daily logs, time sheets, expense records, dispatch/trip reports, and vehicle inspection reports

    What you’ll bring

    • Valid Class A CDL
    • At least 12 months of verifiable Class A driving experience
    • Current HazMat and Tanker endorsements
    • Comfort with mobile apps and basic computer software

    • Current CDL license
