The Regional Head of Operations Americas represents the Operations function in the region. This role ensures oversight and seamless coordination of operational activities, compliance with internal policies and standards, and delivery of high-quality services to support business objectives across the region.
Job Summary The Regional Head of Operations represents the Operations function in the Americas region and ensures oversight on all Operations activities. The scope of responsibility encompasses procurement, real estate projects, travel, governance of third parties, and business continuity. He/She supports local Operations (Head of Operations, General Services) in all Operations activities that are undertaken locally, with the support of the Global Functional Units (Procurement, Real Estate and General Services, Travel Operations, Operations Governance and Business Resilience).

Benefits We Offer
Pay Range For roles performed: $203,000 - $273,000 base salary per year. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, role, and performance. The range listed is just one component of SCORs total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives. In addition, we provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement saving plan, paid holidays, and paid time off.
