Oxford Solutions is working with a growing healthcare technology client seeking a Regional Healthcare Account Manager to support and expand customer relationships across the Appalachia region. This direct hire role is hybrid, with candidates required to live in West Virginia and be comfortable commuting to Morgantown or Charleston as needed.
This role is ideal for someone with healthcare account management or sales experience who understands how to work with health systems, hospitals, physician groups, and clinical stakeholders. The Regional Account Manager will serve as a trusted partner to existing customers, support platform adoption, and identify opportunities for account growth within the region.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with assigned healthcare accounts across the Appalachia region
Serve as the primary point of contact for health systems, hospitals, physician groups, and healthcare provider customers
Build trusted customer relationships by understanding operational needs, workflows, and business goals
Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on adoption, retention, expansion, and revenue growth
Partner with customers to ensure successful use of healthcare technology solutions that support remote patient management programs
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, resolve issues, and improve the customer experience
Maintain accurate account activity, pipeline updates, and customer information in CRM systems
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
3 to 7 years of experience in healthcare account management, regional account management, sales, or customer success
Experience working directly with health systems, hospitals, physician groups, clinics, or healthcare providers
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, provider workflows, and healthcare decision-making processes
Consultative sales or account management approach with the ability to identify customer needs and growth opportunities
Experience developing account plans, managing territories, and growing customer relationships
CRM experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar platform
Ability to travel in Appalachia region (20-40%)
Preferred Experience
Healthcare technology, digital health, telehealth, or remote patient monitoring experience
Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models, value-based care, or chronic care management programs
Understanding of HIPAA, healthcare data security, and compliance considerations
