Description
NOW HIRING Regional HR Business Partner Strategic • Field-Based • Full-Cycle Talent
Are you a talent-driven HR professional who thrives in the field, builds real relationships, and loves turning strategy into action? We're looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to be the connective tissue between our Director of HR and center HR Managers — owning recruiting, shaping retention, and making an impact across six healthcare centers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own full-cycle recruiting for six assigned centers — from requisition management and sourcing to screening, offer coordination, and onboarding handoff.
- Partner directly with center HR Managers to implement retention strategies, conduct stay interviews, and drive 30-60-90 day new hire engagement.
- Collaborate with the Director of HR on talent acquisition cost management, reducing reliance on paid job boards through stronger pipelines and referral programs.
- Track and report on regional metrics including time-to-fill, 90-day retention, and voluntary turnover — and recommend data-driven adjustments.
- Provide coverage and operational support during HR Manager absences across the region.
- Build HR Manager capability through regular field partnership sessions focused on skill development and strategic alignment.
HOW WE MEASURE YOUR SUCCESS
- Measurable reduction in time-to-fill and paid job board dependency.
- Improvement in 90-day retention rates and voluntary turnover trends across your region.
- Consistent positive feedback from HR Managers on partnership quality and capability growth.
