As an Area Human Resources Manager, you lead HR strategy and operations across multiple Sunrise communities, ensuring strong recruitment, compliance, and team member engagement. What You'll Do: • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, job fairs, and hiring processes • Ensure compliance with Sunrise Hiring Standards and employment laws • Lead onboarding, orientation, and system access for new team members • Maintain HRIS, ATS, personnel files, and regulatory documentation • Manage unemployment and workers' compensation claims • Serve as HR partner to department leaders on performance management • Lead employee relations matters and internal investigations • Drive team member engagement initiatives and action planning • Deliver HR systems and policy training for front-line staff • Maintain audit readiness and complete monthly compliance controls (MKCC) You play a vital leadership role in building engaged teams, protecting compliance, and strengthening the team member experience across your region. What We're Looking For: • Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field • 2+ years HR experience (senior living or healthcare preferred) • Supervisory and employee relations experience • Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance practices • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills • High integrity and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems Regional HR Manager - Lead People Strategy Across Communities HR Manager | Human Resources Leadership | Employee Relations
Pay Range:
68,000.00 - 85,000.00
