Regional INSURANCE Sales Agent

HiFyve is hiring a Regional Sales Agent in Northern California!

Pay: $70K-$85K

Shift: Days | 75%-100% Travel

Location: Fresno, CA

About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Agent to manage and grow an assigned Northern California territory. This role focuses on developing new business and strengthening existing relationships across Property & Casualty, Workers’ Compensation, health insurance, benefits, farm, and agribusiness insurance products.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop new business and achieve sales goals throughout the assigned territory
• Meet with customers and prospects through regular farm and on-site visits to assess insurance needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cooperative members, key accounts, and prospective customers
• Gather information and documentation needed for insurance submissions and coordinate with internal teams and carrier partners
• Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies with sales leadership
• Maintain accurate records of customer activity, communications, and sales metrics
• Stay current on market conditions, insurance products, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Travel extensively throughout the assigned Northern California territory

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent education and experience
• 2+ years of sales experience; insurance, marketing, communications, or business development experience preferred
• Agricultural or agribusiness experience preferred
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and sales skills
• Ability to independently manage a territory and develop new business
• Must obtain a Property & Casualty license within 90 days of hire
• Must obtain a Life/Health insurance license within 6 months of hire
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to travel 75%-100%, typically 3+ weeks per month
