CDL-A Regional Truck Driver | Home Weekly | Intermodal Freight

We are hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers for a high-volume intermodal operation based in Memphis, TN. Drivers will pick up and deliver rail containers to and from Memphis-area rail ramps while operating throughout a regional service area.

Job Details

• Regional intermodal position based in Memphis, TN
• Average Yearly Gross: $73,000
• Schedule: Friday-Tuesday 
• Home Time: Weekly 36-48hrs
• Pick up and deliver rail containers to and from Memphis rail ramps
• Operate within approximately a 500-mile radius of Memphis
• Service area includes TN, AR, MS, LA, AL, KY, MO, IL, and IN
• Approximately 50% drop-and-hook freight
• Fleet handles approximately 1,000 regional loads per week
• Drivers may take the truck home during scheduled time off

Local Fleet Opportunity

Regional drivers who live within 30 miles of Memphis may have the opportunity to transfer to the Local Daycab Fleet as positions become available.

Local positions are based on availability and tenure, and Hazmat endorsement status may be required or considered when local openings become available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Must meet company and DOT qualification requirements
• Minimum 6 months recent tractor-trailer experience
• Hiring Radius: Memphis TN (100 miles); Birmingham, AL (50 miles); Gadsden, AL (25 miles); Jackson MS (25 miles); Nashville TN (25 miles)
