Position Summary:POSITION OPEN IN ROCHESTER, NY OR SENECA FALLS, NY.
The Regional Lead, HR Shared Services leads day-to-day HR service delivery across North America and LATAM while remaining hands-on in operational work. This role combines operational leadership, direct execution, continuous improvement and gradual modernization. The role is responsible for maintaining stable, high-quality service delivery today, while helping evolve the function toward more standardized, efficient, and digitally enabled ways of working. This includes actively identifying and championing opportunities for automation or AI solutions enabling smarter ways of working and enhancing customer experience across the service model, while also preparing for expansions impacted from growth. This role is part of the global HR SSC team and will have exposure and input into developing HR Shared Services around the globe.
Essential Responsibilities:This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape HR Shared Services across North America and LATAM while helping build readiness for expansion and growth. It provides direct exposure to operational leadership, regional service delivery, stakeholder partnership, and process modernization, with the ability to influence how the function evolves toward more standardized, efficient, and digitally enabled ways of working.

The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations. Equal Pay Act Range: 118,000.00 - 177,400.00
