Do you want to join us in helping Canadians celebrate life's most special moments? We're growing and looking for a dynamic and passionate Regional Managerto join our team in Southern Ontario. 

The ideal candidate must be passionate about developing and building great teams that deliver industry-leading customer service. A solid track record of successful retail management with a jewellery background is considered an asset. Travel throughout Southern Ontario is required.


WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

  • Coach, train, and develop store managers and sales teams 
  • Adhere to, deliver, and exceed all company sales standards
  • Set goals and motivate teams to achieve results
  • Control and meet store sales quotas and budgets
  • Provide professional and superior service to all customers
  • Manage schedules and ensure proper staffing levels
  • Maintain and rearrange merchandise displays
  • Handle minor in-store repairs and jewellery cleaning
  • Participate and facilitate company training programs
  • Follow all security and loss prevention procedures

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Previous multi-unit management experience
  • Demonstrated retail sales excellence
  • Previous retail jewellery experience considered an asset
  • The ability to lead and work as part of a team
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Positivity and self-motivation
  • A professional appearance
  • Willingness to travel throughout Southern Ontario with occasional travel to Halifax
  • Must be bondable

The base wage range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 per year, plus bonuses and profit sharing.
