Atlanta, Georgia | Field-Based Leadership Role

Smile Partners USA is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of dental practices across the Atlanta, Georgia market. This role is responsible for driving sustainable revenue and EBITDA growth through the leadership and development of Office Managers, while maintaining strong provider relationships and ensuring operational and cultural consistency across the region.

This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity for a results-driven professional with proven multi-site management experience and the business acumen to scale performance across a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Performance and Growth

• Drive continuous revenue and EBITDA growth across all assigned practices, including new acquisitions, expansions, relocations, and de novos
• Ensure each office maintains an active, documented growth plan focused on provider capacity, patient access, and specialty care expansion
• Partner with the SVP to develop regional budgets reflecting quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year growth targets
• Oversee Office Managers in the management of practice-level P&Ls and labor efficiency

Provider Relations

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with providers to support productivity, efficiency, and patient care goals
• Proactively address provider concerns and align team execution with provider expectations

Revenue Cycle Management

• Ensure consistent execution of front-end revenue cycle processes, including Over-the-Counter patient collections at a 95%+ standard
• Monitor collections, A/R aging, and regional financial trends
• Maintain accountability for cash reconciliation at the practice level

Talent Development and Culture

• Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing Office Managers
• Build a strong internal leadership pipeline, including future Multi-Location and Regional Managers
• Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, ownership, and trust
• Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, including the adoption of relevant technology

Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with OSHA standards, CDC guidelines, and Georgia state dental board regulations
• Maintain audit readiness across all offices within the region

Qualifications

• Demonstrated multi-site leadership experience managing large markets
• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license required
• Strong operational, change management, and interpersonal leadership skills

Work Environment

This position is primarily field-based across the Atlanta metro area, with supplemental work conducted at the Support Office or an approved remote workspace as business needs require.
