Job Description

The Regional Manager is responsible for the direct supervision and management of the on-site Site Coordinator(s), providing guidance, performance feedback, and ensuring adherence to company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for client communications, proactively addressing client needs, concerns, and requests to maintain exceptional service levels.
  • Assess and prioritize operational requirements, then dispatch assignments, resources, or support requests to the appropriate local IA or RF Division
  • Receive and verify daily labor hours and shift reports submitted by the Site Supervisor.
  • Compile, review, and submit accurate labor hours to VP in a timely manner to ensure prompt and accurate client invoicing.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with the Site Coordinator to confirm full shift coverage, identify potential staffing gaps, and implement solutions to maintain uninterrupted operations.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience (live events, labor operations, or logistics preferred)
  • Experience leading on-site teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong client communication and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to coordinate labor resources and manage shifting priorities
  • Experience reviewing timekeeping or labor hours with attention to accuracy
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Work Environment
  • Must be willing to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor venues.
  • Fast-paced and high-energy work environment, requiring adaptability and problem-solving.
