What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary relationship lead for your region, partnering with employers, governing bodies, and key stakeholders (including unions and associations)
- Act as the trusted liaison between customers, MERS teams, and external partners
- Deliver consultative guidance on MERS products and services
- Lead presentations to boards, committees, and workgroups
- Drive growth by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and expanding customer relationships
- Execute regional strategies while operating with a high degree of autonomy
- Champion education and engagement to enhance customer understanding and value
