Baer's Furniture, Florida's premier furniture and mattress retailer, is searching for an Office Manager that is as passionate about providing outstanding customer service as we are. The Office Manager manages the daily operations of the office while providing the guidance and leadership skills necessary to assist in achieving the highest levels of customer service and sales goals. The qualified candidate will possess the ability to be highly efficient with responsibilities in a time sensitive environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours is an essential obligation of the position.

Compensation: Based on experience

Essential Job Functions

• Professionally responding to calls from vendors, internal customers as well as guests meeting the needs of each or routing calls to sales associates
• Partnering with various departments to schedule deliveries
• Ensure accuracy of customer sales orders
• Processing multiple daily and weekly reports
• Assisting customers with online payments
• Onboarding, training and coaching office team to achieve high level customer focused performance
• Ability to Lift 25lbs
