Position Overview

The Regional Manager will lead multiple operating locations, partnering with department leaders to improve operational performance, develop high-performing teams, strengthen accountability, and drive consistent execution. This role will work closely with senior leadership to improve operating rhythms, enhance customer experience, and support continued organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple operational teams across assigned markets.
• Develop, coach, and mentor frontline leaders.
• Drive operational excellence through KPI management and process improvement.
• Improve productivity, quality, customer experience, and financial performance.
• Build accountability through coaching, performance management, and leadership development.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve execution and support business growth.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and operational initiatives.
• Strengthen communication, collaboration, and organizational alignment across multiple locations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations leader with multi-site leadership experience in a service-oriented environment. Strong candidates will be comfortable leading through others, developing teams, improving operational performance, and driving accountability within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.

Work Environment & Travel

South Carolina. Regular travel between multiple operating locations is required. This is an on-site leadership role within a customer-focused organization.

Compensation

Base Salary: $150K- $165K +  performance-based bonus
