This is a hands-on leadership role for an A-player who can think like an owner, lead from the front, and help grow both studios to $50,000+ in monthly gross revenue per location.

A Day in the Life
Your day starts by reviewing studio performance: revenue, leads, demos, close rate, EFT, active members, cancellations, practitioner utilization, staffing, and daily sales goals.
From there, you’re in the studios coaching the team, supporting sales conversations, reviewing schedules, solving member issues, and making sure both locations are operating at a high level.
You work directly with Lead Sales Associates, Stretch Practitioners, and studio leadership to improve performance, strengthen accountability, and create a consistent member experience.
Throughout the week, you lead meetings, review KPIs, build action plans, support marketing and lead-generation efforts, and ensure both studios are progressing toward monthly goals.
Every day, you are building a culture of excellence, ownership, accountability, and service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations for the Westborough and West Boylston studios
Drive revenue growth, membership growth, retention, and profitability
Lead both studios toward $50,000+ in monthly gross revenue per location
Review daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Coach Lead Sales Associates and team members on sales performance
Improve demo close rate, lead follow-up, rebooking, and member conversion
Monitor schedules to ensure proper staffing and productivity
Track employee time clocks, labor utilization, and performance
Ensure all daily reports are accurate and submitted on time
Create weekly meeting schedules with clear action plans for each studio
Handle higher-level customer service concerns
Maintain Stretch Zone brand standards and service quality
Develop marketing, referral, outreach, and business-development strategies
Communicate with corporate to stay current on initiatives and best practices
Build, train, and develop a strong team beneath you
Requirements
Multi-unit management experience preferred
Strong sales background with proven success
Experience leading teams and holding people accountable
Ability to manage revenue, sales goals, expenses, labor, and performance metrics
Ability to understand KPI trends, P&L performance, and budget variances
Experience developing and executing business-growth plans
Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Passion for health, wellness, service, and helping others succeed
Fitness, wellness, franchise, boutique studio, retail, or membership-based business experience preferred
