Are you passionate about the automotive industry and skilled in developing high-performing teams? Join our growing company as a Regional Automotive Training Manager, where you''ll lead training efforts that drive service excellence, boost sales performance, and ensure our teams stay ahead in a fast-evolving industry. The ideal candidate MUST reside in Denver, CO.

What You Will Do:

• Design, deliver, and manage training programs across multiple locations.
• Coach dealership staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
• Monitor performance and conduct on-site evaluations to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to align training initiatives with company goals.
• Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and standards.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong background in training, sales, or management.
• Proven ability to lead training programs across multiple locations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
