SAGE Hospitality Partners is hiring a Regional Marketer on behalf of a nationally recognized full-service restaurant brand with a base salary of $55,000 per year plus commission. We're looking for a self-starting, relationship-driven marketer to grow catering, events, and local partnerships beyond the four walls of the restaurant.


Position Overview:

The Regional Marketer will be responsible for driving business development through off-site marketing efforts, catering sales, and community engagement. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building local relationships, promoting events, and generating new revenue opportunities through grassroots initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business through catering, events, and corporate partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, hospitals, offices, and local organizations
  • Coordinate and attend local events, expos, and community activations to increase brand visibility
  • Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns that support traffic and sales goals
  • Collaborate with restaurant leadership to align marketing efforts with in-store operations
  • Track sales performance, outreach activity, and ROI on all marketing initiatives
  • Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically within the community


Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, catering sales, or business development—restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong local network or ability to quickly develop relationships in the market
  • High level of organization, follow-through, and self-direction
  • Clear communicator with a passion for hospitality and sales
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize time, and deliver results
  • Comfortable attending events and engaging with potential clients in the field
