District Partners has been exclusively retained to identify a Regional Marketing Manager for a rapidly growing, private equity-backed organization in the home services industry.

Our client is a multi-brand organization that partners with well-established businesses across the United States. Rather than replacing the identities that made these businesses successful, they invest in their people, technology, marketing, and operational infrastructure to help each location continue growing within its local market.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative marketing team during a period of significant expansion. The organization is investing heavily in its marketing function, providing the tools, resources, and leadership needed to make a meaningful impact while offering excellent long-term career growth.

The Regional Marketing Manager will serve as the primary marketing partner for a portfolio of operating companies within an assigned region. This individual will build strong relationships with local leadership while collaborating closely with corporate marketing and external agency partners to execute initiatives that drive measurable business growth.

This role offers broad exposure across digital marketing, website management, campaign execution, analytics, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analyzing performance metrics, developing actionable recommendations, and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned regional businesses.
  • Build trusted relationships with local leadership to understand market needs and business priorities.
  • Analyze marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Develop and present regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Partner with external digital marketing agencies to optimize paid search, local advertising, and other digital initiatives.
  • Maintain website content, landing pages, and localized marketing materials.
  • Adapt corporate marketing strategies to meet the unique needs of each regional market.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and share best practices across the organization.
  • Support additional marketing initiatives and special projects as needed.

What You'll Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably supporting multiple locations, regions, or business units.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Local Service Ads, or similar digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience managing website content through platforms such as WordPress or other content management systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and project management software.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and highly collaborative.
  • Must have experience within home services, restoration, construction, franchising, or agency environments.

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Travel: Occasional travel to regional offices and company events
