What we're looking for
The Regional MyoPro Orthotist/Prosthetist is a field-based position that completes clinical candidate evaluations, orders, measurements, shape capture, deliveries, and fittings of Myomo products.
The Regional MyoPro Orthotist/Prosthetist also acts as a liaison between O&P facilities and the company when necessary, interacting extensively with candidates, as well as physicians, occupational physical therapists, clinical administrators, rehabilitation, and VA hospitals, prosthetist/orthotists, and prosthetic office support staff. The Regional MyoPro Orthotist possesses experience in a clinical orthotic/prosthetic practice and effective communication skills for various customer interactions.

How you'll drive impact
Complete evaluations, ordering, pictures, and shape capture, and conducting Myomo product for candidates.
Lead all aspects of the evaluation and delivery processes, engaging candidates in various modes of communication, including phone, text, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Support Myomo in referral generation activities within assigned territories, which may include training and in-service presentations to healthcare professionals in clinical or institutional settings.
Manage assigned territory efficiently, scheduling field-based travel to maximize productivity within a given time period.
Collaborate with Clinical Services & Education, as well as with candidates and O&P facilities when appropriate. Support candidate O&Ps and Myomo personnel with gathering necessary documentation if needed.
Support O&Ps with fitting and delivery of MyoPro when appropriate.
Coordinate MyoProMyConfig training for candidates and therapists.
Complete and submit candidate paperwork - as well as CRM updates, including documentation notes and FileBox attachments within 24 hours of appointments, deliveries, or last contact.
Complete assigned tasks by specified deadlines, to include monthly reports, expense reporting, and other documentation requested by management.
Effectively utilize internal resources and communication tools, including email and voicemail, daily, responding to all emails within 24 hours.
Participate in scheduled calls with management, engaging regularly with direct supervisor and other internal personnel.
Achieve a passing grade on any required clinical competency assessments and evaluations, including product and service training tests.
Plan and/or coordinate local regional industry meetings and trade shows as appropriate.
What you'll bring
Credentialed & licensed, where required by ABC or BOC, as either a CPO, CO, or CP.
Ability to travel on average, this role would require 2-3 day trips weekly, with 1-2 possible overnights per week. M-F
3 years of orthotic/prosthetic experience & accreditation, as well as experience within a clinical orthotics/prosthetics practice.
Shape capture & fitting of orthotics/prosthetics.
Effective and compassionate customer communication and engagement.
Ability to obtain orthotic licensure in certain states may be required based on territory.
